Grilled sardines

Rosé Sparkling

Two ingredients and a barbecue - that's all you need for this typical Portuguese recipe. Even those who don’t know how to cook won’t have an excuse not to collaborate in the next barbecue.


  • 10 units of very fresh sardine
  • Coarse salt to taste


  1. Season the sardines with the salt.
  2. Grill on the grill on both sides.
  3. Serve on a slice of coca brad watered with extra virgin olive oil.

Enjoy with fresh Rosé 5 and 1/2 Sardina Sparkling Wine.
